"No Wi-Fi" Error on iPhone 2.2?

This is really wired and I have never seen this before but my iPhone wont connect to Wi-Fi. Does anyone know what is wrong with it? It wont let me tap on the Wi-Fi settings.

This happens from time to time and is usually a hardware or firmware problem. Restore the device to see if that helps. If not, it may be time to get Apple to look at it.

no wi-fi

I did a full restore on my phone. Re-jailbroke it with the pwnage tool. Tried removing all recent applications and it still shows the same message. Since taking it to Apple is not a option for me I wondered if anyone had other ideas?
