No Wi-Fi since iOS 9 Update. Anyone else experienced the same issue?

Updated my iPhone 5s to iOS 9 and since than I am unable to connect to any wi-fi.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Well, kind of. I can connect to wi-fi without a problem but it´s barely useable. I tried to reset network settings but it didn´t help much.

I am having the same issue its always says coul not find network. I have linkys wifi smart router.
