I had to do a hard reset and restore from backup on my iPhone 6. It now shows that I'm connected to my home WIFI network but can't load web pages. Running IOS 9.3.3
Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this would be most appreciated.

Have you tried restarting the phone? Perhaps resetting network settings? Maybe restarting the router even?

CDM, thanks for your reply. Tried re-powering phone & modem - no joy. I was checking settings again and discovered that the restore had the phone in airplane mode ON. Problem solved! It's the little things.

Strange, since you mentioned that you saw that it was connected to WiFi, you should see that you are in airplane mode in the status bar at the top left basically. But I guess the important thing is that it's working now.
