Hey guys,

I bought a new Mac Mini last week online (first one got stolen by package delivery, so Apple gave me a new one, so after 1 month I finally got my new Mac Mini). After some days, wifi performance was weak, crashed alot. And all out of a sudden it just stopped working.
I can't turn WIFI on anymore, it says No WIFI hardware installed..
I tried everything I could find on the internet, from disabling bluetooth, to flashing PRAM to changing KEXS or something to reinstalling a fully new Lion. Nothing bulges and it stays the same.. I don't even have Wifi anymore in my system preferences..
This aint cool for the Mac Mini model..
Anyone knows what to do? :(

It sounds to me like there is something seriously wrong with your Mini.
I had a problem where I could not connect to my wifi, but it turns out it was because of the new modem I got from my ISP.
All I had to do was change my SSID to something else from what my ISP provided (although this took me two days to figure out) and it connected.
But I never lost wifi in my system preferences or anything like that...
I would return it for a replacement if you can.

It's probably a loose wire. The wireless antenna snaps into place. Are you near an Apple store?

You could take the bottom off and look for the little wire connected to the silver grill with the black circle. Make sure that wire is pushed down well.

I will check that later sir, thanks for the info, otherwise i'm taking it to the store tomorrow.. :)
Not that happy but okay!

EDIT: I'm looking at My Mac Mini from the bottom and I just see the plastic Black thing ON the silver grill, but not the small wire :)

I personally would not go to the trouble of trying to fix it your self. You could damage it more then it is already. I would just take it to the Apple Store if it is close, or you could call Apple support.

I decided to go to an Apple store (there are no Retail ones close, but premium sellers which should do the same right?). Just pissed me off real bad that after all that time they still have the same *****.. Was close to buying a retina macbook but NOPE.

If you don't get anywhere at the Apple Reseller, try booting from the recovery hard drive at startup (option key) and see if it can pick up the Wifi there. Just to rule out software errors.
