No Wifi Hotspot settings?

Last weeks I was at home all time but now when I was out and needed to create an Wifi hotspot from my iPhone 11 I saw that I dont even have the option in settings. Under Bluetooth is only Mobile Data and no Cellular.
Do I have to activate this somewhere?

No! But I changed some weeks ago to eSim. They told me it wouldn't affect any usage...

Ok solved. In my APN settings the address was not set under Hotspot. My provider has a fast support
