Noise when I speak threw App

Hello! I bought iPhone 14 pro max in Italy, Milan. And when I create video in TikTok, Instagram, when I send audio messages threw WhatsApp or speak by WhatsApp calls , I have the noise on background and my voice is very silent as I’m in the tube. When I create video directly on iPhone or when I speak not threw WhatsApp but directly by phone it’s ok and there is no noise. My iPhone was very protected, I’m sure there wasn’t no aqua, nor anything else but unfortunately I have this strange bug. I called support that did the diagnostics in the distance and told me that everything is ok and that I should come to the store for deep check…
