Paying for the music is worthless if you only use a Mac.

No. You need to buy a "comes with music" phone and you can then download all the DRM laden songs you desire.

I don't know. The Nokia site product page points to the Comes With Music minisite.

It is not clear if there's a different "Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Comes With Music".

I don't want to pay for something that is useless for me.
