So I just watched a very detailed review of this device:

Let me first say, that it is wonderful to see Nokia back in the game, albeit if isn't exactly as before (neither is AT&T for that matter).

At any rate this is one good looking phone that I'm interested in. Not to mention the price from Amazon is INSANE!!! My only problem is I HATE switching Sim Cards between devices.

Does anyone know of a way to move my number between devices without having to remove the Sim Card!? If so, I'd love to know.

I'm thinking I'd love to have this device when I want to get a break from IOS.

Let's talk Nokia 6 guys!!!!!!!

I wouldn't buy something with a Snapdragon 4xx anymore, but it looks like a good deal besides that (reviews say pretty decent speakers/screen/solid amount of RAM)

Moto G5 Plus is more along the lines I would rather pursue for the processor so I would have to agree with a previous post.

Just sayin but this isn't a bad one for the bucks.

This for me, would be a phone for when I'm bored with my iPhone.

I understand the hesitation with the older processor, but at that price point and that build quality, it's almost unbeatable.

I wouldn't worry about the processor my Nexus 5 is faster Nougat than it's ever been, but it's not going to be as good on the battery as more modern SOC's

What about the black arte model, more ram and great looks.

No worries/risks about the processor, go for the Nokia 6 over the Moto as you can always return it if it does not pan out.

Google Voice is a great way to "move your number" between devices without having to move your SIM card. You'll need to have Wi-Fi or some sort of internet connection, but you can grab service from a prepaid, no contract carrier for dirt cheap.

Anyways, regarding the Nokia 6. My daily driver is a Pixel XL and I really enjoy it. I'm considering picking up the Nokia 6 in the beautiful copper color, as a "backup" device of sorts. I'm hoping that during the time I wait for the copper color to be available, the XDA Developers community, as with most of the other Prime exclusive devices, provides a way to either remove the advertisements or provides custom ROMs. We'll see.

I got the G5 Plus 32gb for $219, all carriers. Not too shabby especially with 90 day return policy.

I will keep my eye on the Nokia, performance would be my concern with anything resembling being labor intensive. Most folks reviewing it on the positive side do not seem to be doing any heavy lifting, the ones who are are returning it.

Is Costco selling G5 plus at cellphone booth or at electronic dept ? thanks.

It is off to the side of the cellphone booth in the electronics dept, one just grabs the cardboard card and takes it up to the register for payment and they get it out of the stockroom.

No device on display for this, the guys running the cellphone booth have nothing to do with this one oddly.

One can get hands on at Best Buy, maybe they will carry the Nokia 6 down the road.

Might not be the best route with going blind with the Nokia 6 without hands on, the LG Stylo 3 Plus has a similar processor and specs to some extent and T-mobile and Metro PCS carry that one. Maybe worth a look to see how that one handles things at least.
