I purchased a Nomad Graphite Stainless Watchband when they had a Black Friday sale last year. It has been my go-to watchband. Very durable and secure.
On Sunday March 27th, one of the magnets that held the bands together came unglued. I sent Nomad customer service a warranty claim. Monday morning, I received confirmation of my claim stating that they would send out a new watchband at no cost (the price is currently $249). It was shipped from Hong Kong that same day and I received it on Wednesday the 30th.
I was very pleased with the quick response from Nomad customer service. They did not even want the original watchband back because of the carbon footprint of sending it back would cause.
