Non-Delayed Stock Quotes App?

Anybody know why the official Yahoo stock quotes app on the iPhone (and widgets) is delayed by 20 minutes?

Anybody know of a realtime app with no delays?

As far as I know, all Internet stock information is delayed 20 minutes. If you go to the official NYSE website and look at quote information, it even contains the disclaimer that quote information is delayed 20 minutes. I believe it is some type of safeguard.

False. Google Finance is Real Time.

Clarification:
15-min delayed quotes from NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX.
Real-time from BATS Exchange (batstrading.com)

False. Google Finance is Real Time.

It all depends on the exchange. It could be anywhere from real-time to a once a day update. I believe NYSE is real-time though.
