Non-designer's work on a blog admin. Feedback needed.

Long story short, our company is in production of a blog to use internally. Although I am not a designer, I was part of a brief given to the UID team for a part of the application and I thought I'd try doing it in my spare time and hopefully courage up to show it to colleagues.

It's the editor/contributor/admin part of a blogging application. I've done this to the best of my knowledge/ability. Please excuse me if this is not the right place to post this. Feedback will be highly appreciated

Could have done 4 pictures then

some of your red dashes under titles could do with alligning in my opinion, they're out of place in between letters.

apart from that it isn't too bad, nothing majorly wrong, its just will it be as clean if you start adding images etc

Looks good. The grey is a bit light though, can be difficult to read.
