Non-requested App Appears on iPhone - possible?

Okay, so I go to check an app on the last page of apps on my iPhone and I see an icon for 'Prognoza pogody - Polish'. I have no idea what this is so I look it up using the App Store app. Apparently, it is a weather app written in Polish. The strange thing is I don't even recall ordering or downloading this app - and i certainly wouldn't pay $1.99 for a weather app written in a language I don't understand.

Has something like this happened to anyone else?

I need to check whether I was charged for the app, but I assume I was. Hopefully, Apple will refund the money. I'm going to delete the app.

I have to agree,
check your email for a receipt if you get one then take it up with apple
if not dont worry about it.

I think you should keep the app. What if a Polish person comes up to you and asks you what the weather will be tomorrow? I imagine this app would come in handy in situations like that.
