I have ipad 64 3g, noticed jerky scrolling esp in "pulse" app... the scrolling is fine in native apps like safari and mail app... has anybody noticed the same... is this means faulty ipad or just buggy app ....

Of course it's just the app.

it also happen with, fast pdf, in bookshelf view, is there any way to fix this, it is annoying

It's the apps. I haven't used NPR app in a while but it has a similar layout and drove me nuts with the jerkiness. Another free app you can test it with is "celebrity gossip".

It's not your iPad. It's also not fixable.

Don't worry, your iPad is not defective. If an app has got a lot of info on screen like images and lots of text, generally the scrolling and overall performance of the app will decrease. Apps can be optimised for better scrolling, but it can be quite difficult for the developer to implement, or they're just lazy :D
