iPhone Non standard jb install help

Hey guys.

So I'm out of the country for the next 4-5 months and I'm using a MacBook Air as my primary laptop. My MacBook Pro which is my primary laptop is unaccessible My iPhone has no service though I have access to wifi. I'm on 7.0.4 OTA update though I have ispw. My question is, if I back up my iPhone on my MBA, and restore from backup will I lose any apps or music I have loaded on my phone?

Nope, first let it sync to the MBA.
You can pair 5 computers to a single device.

All your info is in your backup, you can put it back after the restore than Jailbreak it.

If you are jailbroken now a setup as new is recommended though.
