Nonstop issues in safari

Hello,
I'm owner of Mac Mini late 2012 that came originally with 10.8. Over time I upgraded to Mavericks and finally to the current OS X Yosemite 10.10.2.
The upgrade process to Yosemite went very smoothly but the default browser is now AWFUL! Partial loading of pages, Slow browsing, always need to restart browser to work again. I really like this browser but I can't deal it anymore. There is any fix for these problems I have mentioned above? and Chrome is not a fix for me

A few things to try:

• Repair Permissions in Disk Utility. Reboot.
• If the above does not solve the issue, drag your user account Library/Caches to the trash and reboot.
• If none of the above works, create a new user, reboot and login to the new user. Does the issue still happen?

I did a repair permissions in Disk Utility and it seems the the problems have been solved almost completely.

Yes I have installed the latest update and till now everything seems almost fine thanks to Taz Mangus tips.

so after some time the issues is not disappeared and I wanna ask you what I need to do next.
I tried also to delete all caches in my mac.

just to clarify I have flash player and java installed.

I have used safari in the guest user for couple minutes and everything was ok. maybe I'll need to test it to at least a day to know for sure if using safari in another user is smoother than my default user.
If it will be like I say above what is the fix? create new user and delete the current?

If the new user account does not have the issue then it is something in your current account that could be causing the issue. You could try to recreate your current account.

Can you tell me please how to re-create the new user? If I will create a new user all settings will be gone.

I would do a Time Machine backup first. Create a new admin user, logout of your current user account, login to the new user account. Delete your current user account but don't delete the home folder. Open a finder window and rename your user account by putting "_old" on the end of it. This will allow you to have another copy of your user account as a backup just in case. You can also rename it back if needed.

From the admin user account add your original user account back in again. Login to your just recreated user account. Finally restore back your user account data.

The tricky part is knowing which user data that you need to restore as you don't want to copy back everything backed up because that could put you back to where you are now. You could use migration assistant but I am not sure if it would restore back something that might be causing the issue you have now. The other option is to manually drag and drop from the old user account.

Before doing any of this take an inventory of all the programs that you are using now. Usually the user data is stored in the folders and files under your user account:

• Library/Application Support
• Library/Preferences
• Other folders in Library such as Mail, Safari, etc.

If you look in those locations you can get a look idea of what folders and files need to be restored. Of course you will also want to copy back from the Time Machine backup the following folders:

• Desktop
• Documents
• Downloads
• Movies
• Music
• Pictures
• Public

If you do recreate your user account you will have a backup of the data in the old account and the Time Machine backup and can copy over other data if something is missing.

I start my mac mini from scratch and did a clean install of Yosemite and I still have problems when surfing with safari on several sites like Facebook

you're not alone...partial load of facebook and very slow.......

and everything works in firefox...
