NOOB just bought 1.1.1 already Unlocked what NEXT?PLS Help...

well bought an unlocked iphone version 1.1.1.

what do i do next?

1)Is there any way in the world to copy contacts from my Nokia to an iphone or is it impossible?

2) http://iphone.nullriver.com/beta/ and download the AppTapp Installer
CAN I TRY THIS?
Would doing this be safe or am i risking the spoiling the iphone by trying it.

3)Any i safely sync with itunes as long as i don't upgrade the iphone firmware when it asks me?


4) Any help would be really appreciated,I am kind of lost here.everything is all about unlock & jailbreak can't figure out what to do next after that..........

If your phone is already unlocked then it's been jailbroken already and you're safe to install Installer and mess around with new interesting apps, if anything goes wrong you can restore with iTunes and re-unlock using Ziphone.

To copy your contacts over, connect your Nokia to your Mac using USB or Bluetooth and use iSync to copy all your contacts to the computer, then sync your iPhone and it'll automatically copy them to it.

You're absolutely safe to use iTunes. If you want to upgrade to 1.1.3 you can, but it's easiest to do a restore of the phone in iTunes, then use Ziphone to activate and jailbreak the phone and install AnySIM to unlock again.

1) I don't get it... even if its 1.1.1 unblocked, you can update and unblock or just use like that...

2) yea, you can run apps freely

3) Connect your Nokia to your mac, iSync it, and pass it to the iPhone...

My Phone seems to get hot around the are where the ear piece is so my ear kinda of heats up on a call. Am i in trouble since i stay in India and cant return the phone

Do you already have installer.app on your iPhone? If you it then add few sources from here. There are about 70 sources, which equals to 1000s of apps!

If you do not have installer.app use ziphone 2.4 to get the installer.app on iphone. Go here
