noob problem with torchlight!

hi! I play torchlight for the first time today but in a unknown way now all the description of the item are hidden ... how can i resolve this problem?

Can you use an "Identity Scroll" (or maybe it's scroll of identity... something along those lines) on the item?

Part of the game is that you must use these scrolls to see what some items you find are. If it's not showing info for ALL items, including those you've equipped, then that's another problem.

You can either hold the Option (ALT) key to show item descriptions or mouse-click the small magnifying glass on the toolbar to permanently show/hide them. Assuming you're talking about items that you haven't picked up yet, i.e. gold, potions, loot, barrels, etc. You may want to first try this around items that you know have dropped...so you don't go crazy when you don't see anything.
