Ive installed a couple of games and apps but as I am new to macs, i have no idea how to uninstall them??

Is there a method like add/remove on the PC??

Normally you can just drag an app into the Trash and delete it. Easy as that and twice as simple!

This will leave behind the odd file or two on your hard drive – preference files for example – but these generally are only a couple of kilobytes in size and don't do any harm just sitting there.

If the game came with an installer, just open it up again. They usually have an uninstall option on the installer...as odd as that sounds.

I find Spotlight does miss some files for some reason. The Preference folders are in your User Library normally. (Home>Library>Preferences)

I found it weird at first not having an uninstall option on applications etc but Ive discovered that if you just search in every folder on your system and get yourself used to where certain things go/end up you start to know the system better. Lets face it... PC OS's are so pointlessly massive, and OS X is compact and set out so you can find stuff easier. :D
