noooooob question.... (changing icons)

hey all,

im freaking going crazy finding an answer for this question but, ive jailbroken my phone and added a the glasklart theme to it. i want to make custom icons in photoshop to make the rest of the icons fit the theme.

1. where would i save the .png file?
2. where/how do i upload it? (photobucket)?
3. how do i finally change the icon for the app?
