iPad Not able to connecting my usb drive

Hey guys need help on a little problem
i am using ipad air 3 and have a usb 3 to camera adapter ( one with a lightning and usb slot)

earlier i was able to connect my sandisk cruzer blade 8gb drive when i used my charger along with it and it worked without showing that usb taking too much power message BUT now when i connect same drive even with charger connected to the camera adapter it says the usb is taking too much power

what is the issue here if someone can help

also i have one other usb drive and it worked

can this be an ios specific issue ( recently updated to ios 13.4 )

Why not just use the other USB drive (or buy another one)?

Why not just use the other USB drive (or buy another one)?

Problem solved ... looks like i formatted it on ntfs few months back and forgot about it
not re formatted to fat 32 and it works again fine
