Not able to update app like pages, numbers

Hi,

I am not able to update the apps like pages and numbers. Whenever I try to update, after entering email and pass, it says this account is not associated with app store. Although I have only one email which is attached to app store and itunes. Any solution?

The App Store thinks your Apple ID is not registered with them. Do you have another Apple ID that you used before? Either that, or the computer you're trying to access the store from was used with another Apple ID. Is the computer a second hand purchase or did you buy it new?
