I am trying to use the new app Freeform. When I want to share it, it gives me this pop-up error message. What does this mean? Why can’t I share it ? It is not showing me giving me sharing options. Screenshot attached.

And I get this message even after I am waited for a while. So I understand that this message can pop up if the document has not been synced but even if I wait for half an hour, it still gives me the same error message. So certainly it is not a problem of document not syncing. There is something else happening in the background.

Check your list of apps that are using iCloud. Freeform is disabled by default.
Try enabling it, allowing sync to your iCloud. From there on, sharing will hopefully work.

Can it also not work if my iCloud available space is fully used ?

Perhaps, yes.
What I make from the error message, is that a FF document has to be made available online (=iCloud) before it can be shared - which makes perfect sense to me.
Why not just make some room on your iCloud storage (or buy more), and try again?

I had this problem with one I created in the Shared section.
Creating one in All Boards and then sharing it worked.

Duplicate your board and share the duplicated board. Press and hold down on your board to do that. That worked for me :)

The duplicating of the board worked for me. I only had three boards made, so it was an easy fix given the low quantity.
