Not all Youtube Videos Playable on Apple TV

I created a YouTube playlist of all 13 FunnyOrDie "Between Two Ferns" videos. When I access that playlist via my Apple TV 2 only two of the videos show up. I notice that the other videos don't show up in search either.

Does the Apple TV not have access to all YouTube videos, just some?
