I am working on this for a seems like a never ending project at work, for the company I work for. It will be a folder over insert (6 x 9 finished size) that will go into the Atlanta Business Chronicle. So I want this piece to make a huge impact on our company and also generate business for us :) So I turn you guys and girls to give me some feedback of what you like, and don't.

Thank you in advance...

Matthew

Maybe im missing something obvious, but whats with the Latin??

it's just filler text until they get the actual content.

oh, and i like both designs, except for the gray bar at the top of design 2.

I like the cover from design 2 better (minus the gray), but the back of design 1. and i prefer the brown page from design two, as well as the opposing page from design two as well, but i like the light blue titles from design one to make them stand out.

heh. IF that's not confusing....

Fair enough but why Latin? IS that a standard thing like "John Doe" or something. Anyway design looks professional an d all but nothing particularly inspiring. Not aure about the colour scheme blue/brown. Are they corporate colours and so not be changed?

filler text

the copy below the photos are filler and most of the photos are also just comps too

justify the text under the images and make it no wider than the images above.

For me I'd do a bit of a mix and match, numbee 3 and 2 but lose the background image on number 2 :)

You say "We are the NEWEST voices..."

then say you have a track record and market knowledge.

I know its not exactly a contradiction but you think maybe you should focus on which you want to really focus on putting forward.

I like the font in the specializing in, in the first one. Its too large in the second one and times..

I know what you mean, the boss wants the newest voice to say in the Atlanta area in commercial real estate, we have flown under the radar for the last 5 years, no one really knows about us in the Atlanta Area exp. in our transactions. We have set many records but no body knows that really. So saying newest voice means well here we are...

We do have have a track record, we have sold over $750 million in property in the last 5 years with only 5 agents.
