Not getting any mail notifications

Not getting any notifications for my Gmail account - no banners, nothing in notification centre, nothing on the lock screen. Notification settings are as pictured.

I have tried turning the settings off, then rebooting, then on again. I've tried deleting my Gmail account and readding it. Am I missing something?

Push - mail is pushed to Mail.app properly and I do get icon badge notifications, just no banners, notification center, or lock screen. I had the exact same settings on my iPod touch and got notifications no problem.

problem solved - Mail Enhancer (jailbreak app) overrode the default notification settings. All good now!
