Not getting notifications for work email account from 10am to 10 pm.

I have a user with an iPhone 15 latest software version with an odd notification issue. She claims form about 10 am to 10 pm she does not get notifications (sound/vibrate) in her mail app for Exchange-work related email. She gets notifications for her personal email accounts, iMessage etc. I've checked all of the settings and don't see anything that would cause this. Any ideas?

Settings > Focus ... perhaps a custom Focus mode with a schedule is enabled.

iOS Mail or Outlook app? If Outlook, they might have misconfigured their quiet time settings. Can't recall where that is as haven't had a work Exchange account in ages.
