Not getting PB 3

Hello,
I have iOS 9 beta on my iPod touch 5, but i cannot get the update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the beta profile, but it still doesn't show an update. What can i do to get the update?

Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Then reinstall the profile.

Didn't work...

Not sure what to tell you. Only thing I can think of would be a clean restore (without loading a backup) then installing the profile. Obviously not ideal, but that should work.
