"Not in WGM. Notify Technician" - what the crap is this??

When I boot up a server, at the login screen, says above username "Not in WGM. Notify Technician."
Is this a setup that you orginially did? Or is it something someone else did?
Like, are you incharge of the entire kaboom, and setup all the servers, or did someone else set them up and you handle them here or there, or took over later?

Without much more info no one can really help. Like, what version of OS X is it? What kind of server? What kind of account login is it (Standard, Admin, Network)?
On older OS X versions you could change the line of text on the login screen to say whatever you wanted, maybe some previous admin did that for some reason now lost to time (and corporate boneheaded downsizing/outsourcing).
