Not playing some films

Just got the new 4K box and while nearly all the movies I own stream fine in 4K or 1080p. Prometheus for some reason never loads, it’s loading on my iPhone and iPad, but it just won’t work on the Apple TV 4K. Cant work it out at all

It isn’t the WiFi as it’s working perfectly. Anyone else having similar issues?
