I installed the ios 13 beta and quickly realised i didn’t want it due to the bugginess so i removed the beta profile from my settings however i didn't know i needed to reset my phone and i couldn't be bothered doing that so i reinstalled the beta profile and restarted my phone but ever since then i haven't got any new beta updates and i'm stuck on beta 2 and auto update is OFF. does anyone know how i can fix this?

Which beta profile did you install? The developer beta profile? Or the public beta profile? Public beta 3 has been released to check back to see if you have the update.
