On both of my children’s iPads I shared their individual ‘Home‘ calendars with me and my wife who both are using @me addresses. We have looked on our iPhones, iPads and even iCloud in a browser but cannot find the invite to accept.

The only documentation I found on Apple‘s website is how to share but nothing on accepting so hopefully someone here has run into this issue before and knows the solution.

Thanks

Are you tapping on the Inbox in the Calendar app to view the invite and its options?

Yes there is nothing displayed regarding the kid’s invites. My wife and I have our calendars shared from many moons ago so I know it’s capable.

If you review your Calendar > advanced settings in iCloud.com, are the invites set up to be received in-app or by email? I imagine you've already tried this, but it might be worth testing to toggle that setting and resend the invites.

It was set to In-app so I changed it to Email and tried re-sending the invite and never received any emails that way either. :(

Thanks again for helping me troubleshoot.

So the odd thing is I can send them an invite to see my calendar using any method and the invite appears right away. I checked any setting mentioning Calendar and nothing is different than what is setup on my devices.
