Not receiving text messages from anyone

So earlier today, when I had a new number on my 3G I was able to send and receive text message. Now that I have ported numbers and have my old number back I can send messages, but I cannot receive any. Anyone know why this might be happening?

I am having this same problem. I purchase two iPhones and both can send out text messages but not receive them. Anyone know how to fix this?

yeah im having this issue too...hoping someone here can help! the people im sending it to have been sending me emails that ive been checking online asking me why im not responding.

this is still happening, and is really screwing things up for me, anyone know why this is happening?????
