Not surprisingly, IE issue...

On this page near the top right, every browser displays the "jump to forums" button as connected to the black bar that says "System 7 Today" - except of course IE for windows.

Any reason why that may be?
 
You're relying on default behaviour that isn't specified in the standard. You'll want to add align="top" to the img tag for jumptoforums.gif

(the default value is "bottom")
 
Hah - wow, you beat me to it radiantm3. I was gonna say, I'd rather stick a pencil into my eye than attempt to tackle that job.

Yes, sorry I wasn't more clear. I can't do that, doesn't make any sense to me. I hear you about IE too. POS app that only survives because MS integrated it w/Windows.

Edit: By the way, I joined your System7 Forums a few weeks back.

And you obviously are not a coder. :) That's encrypted text via javascript that protects my email address from spam bots. It's very widely used.
 
Thanks for the interpretation, didn't know what I was looking at.:) I look at CSS and my head spins. I can understand HTML to a point but beyond that forget it. I leave that to people who can code.
