iPhone "Not this person" option missing

How can I remove a person wrongly assigned to another face? I can't find the option "not this person" that was present when tapping the share icon.

There's more about this issue:
I was reviewing some new photos to add to the people album of one of my female friend, and it was suggesting a photo with her fiancee (I have also an album of him). I selected it, but now every single photo of the fiancee is listed under her album. His album is gone....

Go in the persons album.
Use the Select function to select the pictures, then Share. Their should be the option "Not this person"
