the home button was some kind of glass-like button that was touch sensitive as well. As opposed to an actual button? I kind of got that idea from the Apple renders as the button doesn't really look recessed, but more raised.

honestly, no.

I read that it had 1 "real" button which was the home button.

I guess it has more if you consider the volume/ringer/etc

I 1st though it was a touch button 2.. then i pushed it in .. then i was like OOooooooh lol :D

No, and why would you want that button to be touch sensitive? That could get real annoying when it goes back to the main menu when your thumb accidently rubs by it while Web surfing or something.

I think it should've been touch-sensitive. After you've been flying through the rest of the interface with the light flicks and taps, actually pressing a physical button seems like a monumental effort.
