Hello! I have a problem with my Macbook pro 13-inch without touchbar from 2017. When I plug external HDD it works normally for specific period of time, after this period of time the HDD start to glow red and the drive is no more readable. How can I fix it?

Is that HDD or SSD?
Different technology, different set of problems. HDD is likely dead. If it works for some time, copy data as much as you can.
If SSD it may simply be overheating. Some of these NVMe drives are just giant heaters. Mine can burn your hand.
I had luck keeping my cool enough to use ti when I removed the case and run it without the outside case. And in cool room. Alternative is to attach the drive to big metallic object which is cool and works as heat sink. Or point a fan on it.
I would copy data out if you can and - if possible - replace it under warranty.
