I bought a new iPhone 15. My AirPods Pro connected just fine the first day I got it. But now my AirPods Pro no longer shows up under my Apple ID or in Find My. And they won't connect automatically to my new iPhone or my old iPhone. I have to force a connection each time and when the connection sheet pops up on my iPhone the name of the AirPods are "Not your AirPods Pro".

How can I fix this? I've tried everything.

I'd delete them from your phone, reset them with the rear button, and re-pair.
