The Note II is an oversized phone, aka phablet. The Note 10.1 is well, basically a Galaxy Tab with a Note name to it, still utilizing the S-pen and Samsung's added features, like Touch Wizz. I ask you, what is the difference between the two, other than the obvious?

Its like an iPhone and am iPad. There's not much difference except the bigger screen, but they really work well together. The Note 2 and Note 10.1 are companion devices. You could get a Note 2 and a regular Galaxy Tab 10.1 but you won't be able to share SMemos and stuff like that. You like the SPen on your Note 2? Why not have it in your tablet too!

So the difference is the obvious. One is a phone, one is a tablet. They just happen to be really good friends.
