If this is for real the display mate review was right!the note 4 has the most accurate colors on any screen ever tested.it blows the 6plus away if this picture is righ
Even the S5 and the LG G 3 screens blow the 6 plus away......I even prefer the note 3's screen after viewing the iphone 6 plus in person....
I wasn't going to buy the note 4 but Verizon has it 699 unlocked for 32gb and bestbuy is having a 200 trade in for any working cell phone towards the note 4. I'm going to trade in an old droid x from 4 years ago and try to get best buy to price match Verizon's unlocked price.they have the note 4 for 850 so after price match and trade in I might be able to get the phone for 499 unlocked! Crossing my fingers lol
Its also 300 with a 2 year contract so I don't mind spending another 200 to keep my unlimited data plan
let us know if that deal goes down. I may be wrong, but I always thought bestbuy was pretty firm with their contract free prices. I know they are much higher than everyone else, but I think it is b.c they do not get the deals carriers get.
anybody else not know how to read that chart?
Can you please define what the benchmark in these graphs is? Is it measuring to sRGB, AdobeRGB or something else?
"Color accuracy" can mean many things depending on which set your are testing against.
Just want to be clear.
SRGB 709 going from memory
Thanks. Much appreciated.
Would you also happen to know which mode the Note 4 was using? I believe Samsung provides a variety of different display modes for various viewing preferences/tasks.
People praise the LG G3 screen, but it's way too dim for my taste. And the contrast isn't all great either. LCD has this "problem" compared to AMOLED, but when I see the LG G3 I see a meh screen. Same for the HTC M8.
However, I think the 6+ screen is stunning. The contrast and clarity is pretty amazing by any standard. For LCD the contrast and black levels are very good. I really like the S5 screen as well.
