Yes, I do mean I used TWRP and wiped the entire os and any file structure that was there. This means that when I view the storage in Windows, the only folder that shows is TWRP.

When I try to install a custom ROM, it goes through the install and reboots but doesn't install and nothing but the TWRP folder shows.

I have tried to flash the stock image through Odin but it fails.

I know there has to be a way to get my T-Mobile Note 5 up and working once again. I'm sure there is something I am missing.

Have you tried SAMSUNG's KIES emergency factory restore tool.

Keep us posted :)
I got it installed. I was forgetting to do a factory wipe before flashing the ROM. Once I did that, the ROM installed and upon reboot and setup, the file system showed up in Windows as it should.

Now I just have to get a new S-Pen. I broke mine yesterday.
