Note Apps with Geotagging Capability

Evernote used to have it, but seems to be gone. Also, Evernote is getting more and more clunky to use with each update.

Any other alternative note taking app with geotagging capability?

What platform are you using? I just looked at a note on my iPhone and see a map where I was when I created the note (by tapping the info button on the note). Are you referring to something else?

Where is it on the phone? There use to be a map with pin on the location of your notes.

If I remember correctly, Drafts has geotagging.

Open a note in the Evernote app. On the top right there is an "i" with a circle around it. Tap that icon. Then I see a map with a pin showing where I was when I created the note.
