My Note Edge has started waking up every few minutes and I have no idea what is causing it. I can see no settings under display that would cause this. A Google search said to turn off WiFi but mine is disabled as I just use data 24/7.

Any ideas here? Just now it turned on three times when typing this on my Mac.

Have you tried turning wifi on and off regardless ? Or a simple hard reset (turn off, pop out battery, put back in, reboot) ...

I would do a fully restore on the device. I have had customers complain about this. I honestly blame TouchWiz, but that's just me looking for blame. A restore is what I would do. Back up everything to Google or whatever you use and then reset the devoce

I seem to have more or less "corrected" this problem. IT's only turned on once in the last two hours. I believe that it was caused from the phone turning on in my pocket dozens of times since buying it (the power buttons on top, never had the problem with my Note 4). When that happens, settings are changed and even screen caps are captured of whatever it was doing in my pocket. I fixed that problem by wearing jeans to my job instead of slacks, now it rarely turns on.

I had to go into settings and turn off everything under Motions and Gestures as well as Air Wake up under Accessibility.

I don't believe that people should rush in and recommend that someone just restore their phones. People have too much stuff on them to just simply have the option of restoring. Many times there is a setting or other reason why a problem is occurring.
