Does anyone know how well the Note 3 camera performs in low light vs the Note2? The Note2 was always pretty grainy and soft for me in low light, and if the Note 3 is better, this might be the main reason for me to upgrade from my Note2. I haven't read any reviews of the camera yet, though from what I understand it is using the same camera as the S4?

Thanks.

Is it exactly the same? Because the Note 3 does 4k video and the S4 does not.

Nothing to do with the camera as 13mp is way higher then 4k.its the GPU processing power to be able to record in 4k.

The octa core note 3 has the same 13 mp shooter but can't do 4k because its using a Mali GPU vs the adreno 330 that is a power house in the quad core version note 3

so does this mean that any camera that shoots high megapixels can shoot 4k as long as it has a fast enough GPU?

Yes. It could theoretically shoot video at the same resolution as stills if all the other components (GPU, buses, memory, storage...) could keep up with it.
