Notepad sketch on iPad 2

Hey guys, so I've downloaded ios9 on my iPhone 6 and iPad 2. For some reason the sketch feature doesn't appear on the iPad 2, has anybody else noticed this or is there something I've yet to change in any settings?

Not on A5 (like iPad 2 or iPhone 4s) devices for some reason.

Just discovered that this wasn't available on my iPad Mini 1. I laughed. Of course they would keep this feature from the A5 devices.

Oh well, I'll stick to third party drawing note-drawing apps.

Yeah, it wasn't in the beta either. It could be the ruler tool that is setting it back.
