All Devices Notes and Reminders not syncing with Mac

I’m assuming that Notes and Reminders will not aynch until the new Mac update becomes available? Does anyone know how it will handle changes on the different devices when it can synchronize?

Notes syncs fine with Mojave. Reminders will also sync if you did not upgrade Reminders database. If you did, then it won't sync with Mojave and you'll need to wait until you update to Catalina.

I am having the same issue with Apple Notes. Between iPad and iPhone (all on 13.1.1). The phone ( iPhone 7 ) won't sync. Tried logging out of icloud, turning off phone, tuning back on, logging into cloud. Still no joy. Anything changed on iPhone won't sync to iPad. Change on iPad - won't sync to phone. It used to work so well.
