Notes App add title

seriously?
make the first line the title, then write your note on the next line...
Many of my notes have content that I need select all (cmd+a) and copy.
Then the title get copied as well! Then i have to unselect the title and waste time on it!
An obvious answer is, "Use any of the other notes apps". If that's not a satisfactory answer, please explain why not.
That's not a flippant reply. Seriously, if Notes.app doesn't do what you want, and you know of other notes apps that do what you want, then why use Notes.app?
just highlight everything with the cursor EXCEPT the title and then copy & paste...ie drag over the text you want, copy it.

I need to copy paste a lot of stuff quickly. So it doesnt work out. Yeah i guess i'll use evernote.
Notability for Mac has a separate title I believe. But it hardly qualifies as a typing app, more of a handwriting app.
I'm using SimpleNote, but there too - the first line automatically becomes the note's title.
I tried OneNote, I think it's a really cool app - but also not exclusively typing as in a text editor.
