Notes backup

just to be super safe I would like to keep a backup of all my notes on my Macbook Pro.

Can anyone please tell me what is the file to be backed up just in case?

if you're backing up your mac, you have your notes backed up. otherwise, the folder to copy is here: Home>Library>Containers>com.apple.Notes>Data>Library>Caches>com.apple.Notes

as you can see, apple doesn't want us anywhere near such things, so copy it don't move it...
