Hello,
So after going back from beta iOS 11 to iOS 10.3.2 notes are immediately crashing when I open them. I tried fixes with editing the notes in iCloud, turning the iCloud off etc. but nothing helped.

Did you downgrade with a clean iTunes install or did you "upgrade" back to iOS 10.3.2?

I am Facing the same problem after the downgrade of ios 11 beta to ios 10.3.1 , i downgraded by using ipsw , by shift + Update in itunes (windows) while downgrade kept my photos and apps , the messages were not present , but notes app was working back then , so for messages i restored the backup i had , after that notes stopped working along with ibooks , tips and podcast.

you need to do a clean install with iTunes and restore a backup.

Yes, I have experienced this issue and now am aware of it. I did try to disable and re-enable notes syncing in the iCloud settings.

The only solution to fixing it is a restore. I would suggest making an iCloud backup, restore your iPhone, then get all your apps, photos, etc off of the iCloud backup.

I am having very similar problems. Some weeks ago I downgraded from iOS 11 beta to 10.3.2 (now updated to 10.3.3), and having done that notes, news and the iTunes sync feature are not working at all. Also another thing is that the files app is still there for NO reason (I tested it just for curiosity, I know it shouldn't be there, and it also crashes)

And the battery is even a bigger problem. The main reason for me to downgrade from iOS 11 beta was the battery draining. But now on iOS 10.3.3 adding to my problems the battery is totally out of control. It just fluctuates all day. I charge it (there is no problem in charging) and have 100% and not only gets down fast, sometimes the phone turns itself off completely (even if the battery percentage is still high like 60 or 50), And the black screen with the red low battery appears then I connect it and immediately turns on and has the original battery percentage. It is a nightmare.

Do you have any suggestion guys? I would prefer not to reset to factory settings, because I have some chats on WhatsApp that I want to keep and I am too cheap to buy more iCloud storage.

(oh and the downgrade was made with ipsw through iTunes.)

If your phone turn off by itself at 50-60% battery I suspect a problem with your battery and maybe its not software related. I think you should go to an Apple Store to have a diagnostic on your phone.
