Notes do not sync across 10 / 11

I have ios11 on my iPad Pro and iOS 10 on iPhone. the notes I take on ios11 do not seem to be syncing back to the ios10 devices (or to the Mac). is everyone having the same issue?

I have an iPad Pro, 6S and Mac (10.13) with iOS 11 and as iPad Air with iOS 10. My Air is syncing Notes in real time (just checked by copy/paste the first sentence). The only difference I see is the Air doesn't '"Pin" the Notes I have Pinned.

EDIT: Just checked by typing on my iPhone and changes went to my Air is a couple seconds too.

Thanks.. I must have some setting wrong. I’ll look some more.

Try disabling notes in iCloud on both devices, they turning them back on. Sometimes even on iOS 10, it gets "stuck" and needs to be reset.

Notes taken with iOS 11 using the Apple Pencil and drag and dropped links on the 10.5" iPad Pro are syncing fine with my iPhone 7 on iOS 10 and iMac 27" on Sierra.
