Notes in iOS 12 compatible with El Capitan?

Hello,

Is anyone able to let me know or test if anything has changed since iOS 11 which further breaks any iCloud content between iOS 12 & El Capitan (10.11.6)?

In particular I am interested in whether Notes are still compatible and sync between iOS 12 & El Capitan in both directions?

I am currently on iOS 11 and I am aware of what is already broken/incompatible such as the features added to Notes in iOS 11 (scanned documents, tables and pinned notes) but otherwise it still works.

Also if anything changes during or after the beta please can you update me here.
